We believe in giving back to the community and supporting organisations that make a real difference. That’s why we were delighted to donate funds to Enham Trust, enabling them to purchase a brand-new TV screen for use as part of their Activities Programme, ‘Choices’.

Enham Trust is a vital charity dedicated to empowering disabled individuals, providing them with the support and resources they need to live, work, and enjoy life as independently as possible. As well as care, housing and employment services, Enham Trust offers an inclusive Activities Programme, where participants can engage in new hobbies, from sport and music to performative arts and crafts.

However, some of their activities sessions had been limited due to outdated equipment. Previously, they relied on a projector to showcase videos and conduct TV sessions, but poor lighting conditions and audio difficulties often hindered engagement.

Recognising this challenge, we wanted to help. Our donation facilitated the purchase of a state-of-the-art TV screen, now proudly mounted in their Choices Activities Centre. To celebrate its launch, our team visited Enham Trust for an official unveiling, where we had the pleasure of seeing firsthand the difference it will make.

 
 

This new TV screen is a game-changer for Enham Trust. It provides crystal-clear visuals, excellent sound quality, and a range of TV features that will enhance engagement for participants. Whether they are watching educational videos, participating in quizzes, watching movies or engaging in TV activities, the screen opens new opportunities for learning and creativity. It also enables Choices members to join sessions virtually if unable to attend in person, maximising social interaction and accessibility. 

Seeing the smiles on the residents’ faces as they explored the screen’s capabilities was truly heartwarming. We are proud to have played a role in making this possible and look forward to continuing our support for Enham Trust and other community-driven initiatives.
